Volunteer Spotlight - Dominick Ciccone

Dominick started volunteering with our Caring Kitchen program four years ago. He began by helping with meal prep and serving lunch. Last year, when he found out that we desperately needed drivers to deliver meals to our homebound participants, he stepped up and started delivering meals too. He formed close bonds with some of our homebound clients. One woman told our staff that she always looked forward to Wednesdays, because she knew Dominick would be stopping by to deliver her meals. She started getting dressed and even put on lipstick to be ready when he rang her doorbell. Sadly, Dominick will be leaving us soon to move up north with his husband, Wilson. Thank you, Dominick.
